This historical conversion included three different buildings that became one soft-branded lifestyle hotel. Maintaining historical and design integrity was paramount, while also ensuring every room type was verified with the casegoods manufacturer and the amount of furniture variations was standardized, ultimately helping reduce costs to gain a better economy of scale in a hotel with many on-site conditions.
