Throughline by IIG led procurement for the Hotel Thaynes conversion, managing the sourcing and execution of custom and regionally specific FF&E aligned with the project’s budget, schedule, and brand intent. We partnered with local and specialty vendors to deliver key statement elements, including a custom glacier-inspired reception desk, lobby lighting reminiscent of old mining tunnels, and a site-specific outdoor mural. Material selections were intentionally vetted for durability, lead time, and cost control, while still reinforcing Park City’s mountain character and mining heritage through weathered woods, worn leathers, and targeted accents of color.
