Flash forward to 2022, our firm’s growth demanded a distinct brand to highlight our comprehensive procurement division. With 100+ years of combined industry expertise, we’re not the new kids on the block.

Throughline by IIG is a comprehensive procurement management firm with 100+ years of combined industry expertise in hospitality, multi-family, and commercial projects. We’re adept at working hand in hand with interior designers, owners, and asset managers to define and communicate accurate, realistic budgets and timelines. Throughline by IIG purchases on behalf of our client as agent only and is supported by a dedicated accounting team which assists in budgeting, project cash flow, sales tax, closeout, and other financial needs. We pride ourselves in our ability to predict the inevitable bumps in the road and provide pro-active, timely solutions. Our agile team, along with our robust network of trusted vendors, offer creative solutions to product availability, shipping delays, and cost increases. For us, budget, timing, and design intent are paramount.
